Pioneer was established by Steve Andras in 1984 and incorporated in Massachusetts in 1993. All our employees are fully insured and expertly trained to meet our goal of permanently ending your wet basement or foundation repair problem. At Pioneer Basement Waterproofing, we are constantly studying the latest and best products available for permanent waterproofing. In fact Steve and his son Micah, designed their GrateDrain System which has become the favorite drainage system of many contractors throughout the United States and Canada. Their manufacturing and distribution company, Grate Products provides quality basement products that are made in the United States providing American jobs. Pioneer Basement is a member of the Basement Health Association and has a NAWSRC Certified Waterproofing and Certified Structural Repair Specialist on staff.
